Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
Led by John Burger, this class promotes general well-being and community.Burger has been practicing the Chinese martial art for 30 years. He works with a variety of different groups of all ages, and he claims tai chi is more than physical fitness.
