Fitness Instructor Val Cleland offers two different fitness classes at the Center for the Arts:

Body Bar

The Body Bar is a classic fitness tool; a simple, one piece solid steel, weighted fitness bar encased in high quality easy grip rubber for a secure and comfortable grip. Target all muscle groups. Gain strength and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome. Have fun in a motivating group!

Body Bar Fitness classes at the Center for the Arts are on Saturdays from 8:30 – 9:30am.

10 Classes/$65 or $7 per class.

 

Tone and Pump

This class is for anyone looking to tone up using changeable weights on a lightweight bar. This unique group fitness session will allow you to customize your workout according to your level. Using individual weight sets, every muscle group will be targeted. Val will lead your through this workout with motivating music and instruction  that will challenge you and provide you with a toning workout designed to get results- fast. All fitness levels welcome.

Tone and Pump classes at the Center for the Arts are on Wednesdays from 6 – 7:00pm

10 Classes/$65 or $7 per class.
